Job Summary
Shift Manager at Burger King – Hourly Shift Coordinator: lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment; coach and motivate the crew, uphold BK standards, and direct shift execution; manage cash control, inventory, and truck orders; work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, stepping in as needed to ensure quality, speed, safety, and guest satisfaction; ideal for someone 18+, with a high school diploma or GED preferred, and experience in fast-paced environments; offers leadership development and opportunities to grow into higher roles.
Required Qualifications
