Job Summary
Lead shift operations as an Hourly Shift Coordinator at Burger King, guiding Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment while upholding BK standards. Coach, motivate, and manage the crew during assigned shifts; execute the shift plan; support profitability through cash controls, inventory management, and truck orders. Emphasizes guest experience, teamwork, and leadership development in a fast-paced setting; role offers weekly pay, meal discounts, bonuses, flexible schedules, and growth opportunities. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma or GED preferred, and experience in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
