Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment while upholding BK standards. Coach and motivate the crew, provide in-the-moment feedback, and ensure smooth shift execution by directing workflow and coordinating with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. Contribute to profitability through cash-control procedures, inventory management, and receiving truck orders. This entry-level leadership role requires dependable, confident decision-making and strong communication skills to drive guest experiences and team performance. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
