Job Summary
Lead hourly shift operations as an entry-level leader for Burger King, coaching Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service while upholding BK standards. Responsible for guiding the shift plan, maintaining food quality, service speed, cleanliness, safety, and cash control; support inventory management and truck-order processing; motivate and develop team during busy shifts under the direction of the RGM and AM. Opportunities for growth into higher-level coordinator roles with training and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
