Job Summary
Hourly Shift Coordinators lead team members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety; coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team motivated and accountable. They work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to execute the shift plan, uphold BK standards, direct workflow, and step in where needed. The role focuses on delivering great guest experiences through fast, friendly service, maintaining standards, and supporting profitability via cash procedures, inventory management, and truck-order receipt. The position is an entry-level leadership role with growth opportunities into Hourly Shift Coordinator and beyond. Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or GED preferred, with experience in fast-paced environments and strong communication skills.
