Job Summary
Lead shift operations and coach a team of Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include guiding the team to execute the shift plan, upholding BK standards, managing inventory and cash procedures, and assisting with truck orders while focusing on guest experience and team motivation. Requires ability to lead by example in a fast-paced restaurant setting and to communicate effectively under pressure, with opportunities for growth into higher-level coordinator roles.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
