Shift Manager

Job Summary
Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to deliver accurate, fast, friendly service in a clean environment. Coach and motivate the crew, uphold BK standards, and execute the shift plan while directing workflow. Manage cash control procedures, inventory, and truck orders to support profitability. Ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met; coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable. This entry-level leadership role requires dependable, confident decision-making and strong communication to guide the team and drive guest experiences. Opportunities exist to grow into Hourly Shift Coordinator and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- A people-first attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts
- Commitment to great guest experiences, BK standards, and learning new responsibilities
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment
- At least 18 years of age
