Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees, coaching staff to assume increasingly challenging roles while interacting frequently with customers. Lead operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment by demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills and mentoring others. Requires at least two years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs and stand for eight-plus hours. Valid driver's license required. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
