Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees, coaching staff to assume increasingly challenging roles while interacting frequently with customers. Lead operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment by demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills and mentoring others. Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly with a focus on fresh, made-from-scratch food preparation and culinary excellence. Candidates must have at least two years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for eight-plus hours. Flexible hours are required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and weeks exceeding 40 hours. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
