Job Summary
Lead a high-energy restaurant team by coaching employees, managing operations, and mentoring staff toward increasingly challenging roles. Execute daily leadership duties including interacting frequently with customers and overseeing a team of 15 or more employees. Complete 8 weeks of initial hands-on training to master running a multimillion-dollar restaurant concept while learning to lead from the ground up. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 2+ years of management experience. Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with weeks potentially exceeding 40 hours. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- Able to easily interact with diverse employees
