Job Summary
Manage a high-energy restaurant team of 15+ employees, coaching staff to assume challenging roles while interacting frequently with customers. Lead operations in a fast-paced environment requiring 2+ years of prior management experience, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and weeks exceeding 40 hours. You will demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, with bilingual English/Spanish ability a plus. The role includes 8 weeks of initial hands-on training to run a multimillion-dollar restaurant concept, featuring competitive pay, monthly bonuses, paid time off, free meals, and health care benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
