Job Summary
Shift Manager for Cafe Rio restaurant, responsible for assisting in restaurant operations, leading and coaching a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, and helping run a high-energy, made-from-scratch kitchen environment. Focus on staff development, training, leadership, and delivering a positive, efficient dining experience. Includes opportunities to learn to manage a multimillion-dollar operation, participate in hands-on training, and advance within the restaurant.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver’s license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. and stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays, as well as work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
