Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees in a high-energy restaurant environment, coaching staff to assume increasingly challenging roles while interacting frequently with customers. Lead operations by demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills, with bilingual ability (English/Spanish) being a plus. Handle physical demands including lifting 50 lbs and standing for 8+ hours while working flexible shifts that may exceed 40 hours, covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Participate in an 8-week initial hands-on training program to develop culinary and management expertise. Join a team dedicated to running a multimillion-dollar restaurant concept focused on fresh, made-from-scratch food.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
