Job Summary
Manage a team of 15 or more employees, coaching staff to assume increasingly challenging roles while interacting frequently with customers. Lead operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment by demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills and developing leadership abilities. Execute flexible scheduling that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with weeks that may exceed 40 hours. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and at least two years of prior management experience. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Proof of valid driver's license
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for 8 plus hrs.
- 2 or more years of management experience
- Experience managing a team of 15 or more employees at a time
- Experience interacting frequently with customers
- Experience coaching employees to assume increasingly challenging roles
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
- Available to work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
