Job Summary
Lead your sports bar Management Team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives while managing local restaurant marketing and Profit and Loss statement results. Oversee all community connection and fundraising activities to ensure the bar delivers the ultimate experience for fans. You will direct the work of others, champion change, and analyze financial data while maintaining compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures. This role includes monthly and quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits program.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or similar
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous Restaurant General Manager experience
- General knowledge of labor laws
- General knowledge of health codes
- General knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation
- General knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- General knowledge of safety and security systems and procedures
- General knowledge of computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct work of others
- Ability to champion change
- Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement
