Job Summary
Support the Restaurant Manager in operating a million-dollar business by managing daily restaurant operations and staff, including executing company policies and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Drive store objectives and maintain financial results through team leadership, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and building cohesive teams. You will participate in achieving store goals while delivering a positive customer experience. This role offers a competitive pay rate, monthly profit share, sales bonuses, and free meals. Candidates must have at least one year of supervisory restaurant experience and be open to flexible work availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Minimum of 1 years restaurant work experience in a supervisory position
