Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for profitability, guest service, people and operations during assigned shifts; supports the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, guiding a team of Team Members to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service while upholding brand standards and operational efficiency. Coordinates cash controls, inventory management, and timely product preparation and delivery, and provides coaching to enhance team performance and guest satisfaction. Must be at least 18, with a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of quick-service experience; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of long or irregular shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
