Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for leading a restaurant shift to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. Oversees cash control, inventory, and daily operations while coaching Team Members, ensuring fast, friendly service, and adherence to brand standards. Manages shift execution, sets and follows shift plans, motivates staff across workstations, and drives operational results within established speed of service guidelines. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma/GED (AA/AS preferred), 1-2 years quick service experience, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
