Job Summary
Lead the shift as Shift Manager at Auntie Anne’s Water Tower in Chicago. Responsibilities include leading the team, maintaining high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety; coaching and motivating team members to deliver excellent guest experiences; handling challenges and escalations; and ensuring smooth operations in the absence of store leadership. Requires 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience (preferred), high school diploma or equivalent, food handler certification, TB clearance, and comfort with POS technology and Microsoft tools. Flexible scheduling (20–40 hours/week) with emphasis on weeknights, weekends, and holidays; duties include cash handling and delivering strong guest-focused service, with opportunities for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
- General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
