Job Summary
Lead the shift as Shift Manager at Auntie Anne’s in Chicago, IL. Act as the go-to leader during your shift to keep operations running smoothly, maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety, and motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences. Handle challenges confidently, know when to escalate issues to store leadership, and ensure guests leave satisfied. The role includes open/close responsibilities, flexible scheduling (20–40 hours/week), training and development opportunities, and opportunities for growth within a store-focused leadership position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience
