Job Summary
Shift Manager for Auntie Anne’s at Overland Park, KS leads the team during shifts, upholds product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety, motivates and coaches staff, handles guest concerns, and escalates issues to store leadership. Requires 18+ with 0–1 year in food service/retail, supervisory experience preferred (3–6 months), flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays), TB clearance, food handler certification, and comfort with POS tech and cash handling. Required Qualifications
