Job Summary
Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift, maintaining high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety. Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences while confidently handling challenges from team needs to guest concerns. Know when to escalate issues to store leadership and assume full operational responsibility when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away. Key holder opportunities include open and close responsibilities with flexible scheduling of 20–40 hours per week. You must be 18 years or older with 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience, hold TB clearance, and possess current or recently obtained food handler certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems)
- Ability to taste-test products for quality
- Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days)
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
Desired Qualifications
- 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience
- Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
- General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus
