Job Summary
Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities, schedule and supervise staff, practice inventory control standards, and ensure equipment operates properly during the shift. Prepare and serve great food while maintaining a functional, clean, and beautiful restaurant environment. Control inventory levels and complete necessary paperwork as needed. Provide an excellent guest experience through strong communication and organizational skills. Operate the computerized Point of Sale system and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally. Full-time and part-time day, evening, and weekend shifts vary by location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- Full Time/Part Time and Day/Evening/Weekend Shift availability
