Shift Managers support stores and General Managers in creating an exceptional guest experience and empower the team to perform at their best. They lead in a fast-paced restaurant environment, train and coach teammates, ensure adherence to brand standards, maintain a clean, organized operation, and drive team development and promotion-ready leadership. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour and growth opportunities are emphasized through training the next generation of leaders and career advancement within the Del Taco network.
