Shift Manager

Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, based in Northern Indiana with locations and responsibilities tied to Arby’s franchise operations. You will oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts, holding full accountability for restaurant performance when management is not present. Core duties include coaching and developing staff, training, ensuring guest satisfaction, executing cash and inventory controls, utilizing AES systems to run daily operations, and driving goals related to service, operations, and financial results. You will collaborate with the General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety, and compliance with government regulations and employment policies. Additional focus areas include managing food cost and labor cost, P&L, and maintaining high standards of integrity and customer service; familiarity with ServSafe and food safety practices is valued. This is a full-time (and also offers part-time) role requiring a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and certification readiness where applicable.
