Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts, with full accountability for operations when management is not present. Responsibilities include ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction, training and coaching staff, utilizing AES systems to run the restaurant, implementing cash and inventory controls, and helping set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results; requires leadership, P&L and cost-control focus, and adherence to food safety and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
