Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations and team direction during assigned shifts with full accountability when management is absent. Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests while implementing controls for cash and inventory. Utilize AES systems and tools, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists, to run a great restaurant on all shifts. Assist with training and coaching team members, and work with General and Assistant Managers to achieve high performance in guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control, and P&L management. Adhere to government regulations, employment law, and food safety policies. Requires a valid driver's license, ServSafe certification, and ability to stand 8-10 hours in varying temperatures while managing food and labor costs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
