Shift Manager

Shift Manager at AES Restaurants (Arby’s franchise) responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts. You will have full accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present, coach and train staff, operate AES systems to manage the restaurant, implement cash and inventory controls, and help set and achieve goals for service, operations, and financial results. Key duties include ensuring outstanding guest service, coaching staff, managing compliance with government regulations and food safety standards, and driving performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, speed of service, and quality control. Strong leadership, coaching, integrity, and ability to manage P&L and labor cost are important, along with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and develop teams. Must have a valid driver’s license, be ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. EEO/ADA compliant; E-Verify participation noted.
