Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction by overseeing restaurant operations and the direction of team members during assigned shifts, with full accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present. Responsibilities include assisting in training and coaching team members, implementing restaurant controls, setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies. Ideal candidates excel in leadership, integrity, customer satisfaction, and P&L management.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
