Job Summary
As Shift Manager, oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts with full accountability for operations when management is not present; ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction; coach and develop team members; utilize AES systems to run restaurant on all shifts; implement controls for cash and inventory; set and meet goals for service, operations, and financial results; collaborate with General and Assistant Manager to drive Restaurant Operations, Guest Satisfaction, Customer Service, Speed of Service, Quality Control, Workplace Safety, and adherence to policies and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions
- Bending
- Squatting
- Twisting
- Pulling
- Reaching
