Job Summary
As Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group (Arby’s franchise), you will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, guiding team members to deliver outstanding service, coaching and training staff, applying cash and inventory controls, and working with the General/Assistant Manager to achieve service, operational, and financial goals. You will utilize AES systems, enforce government regulations and food safety policies, and drive guest satisfaction, speed of service, and quality control while maintaining workplace safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
