Job Summary
As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will oversee restaurant operations ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, implementing restaurant controls, and achieving service, operational, and financial goals. Required Qualifications
- ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
