Job Summary
Shift Manager overseeing restaurant operations and directing team members during assigned shifts. Responsible for full accountability of restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, utilizing AES systems to run restaurant operations on all shifts, implementing cash and inventory controls, and setting and achieving goals for service, operations, and financial results. Collaborates with General and Assistant Managers to drive restaurant performance across operations, guest satisfaction, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
