Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction while being accountable for restaurant performance during shifts without management. Responsibilities include training and coaching team members, managing cash and inventory controls, and setting restaurant goals for service and financial results. Ideal candidates excel in leadership, customer service, and operations management, and must possess emotional resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
