Shift Manager

As Shift Manager, oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts with full accountability in the absence of management. Lead and coach staff, ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction, utilize AES systems to run daily operations, implement cash and inventory controls, and set goals for service, operations, and financial results. Collaborate with General and Assistant Managers to drive performance in restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control, workplace safety, and compliance with government regulations and employment policies. Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and development to the team while managing food cost and labor cost and maintaining brand standards.
