Job Summary
Shift Manager overseeing restaurant operations and guest satisfaction during assigned shifts, with accountability for operations when management is not present. Responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, training, and using AES systems to run the restaurant; implementing cash and inventory controls; setting and meeting goals for service, operations, and financial results; collaborating with General and Assistant Managers on restaurant performance in operations, guest satisfaction, service speed, quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance. Preferred candidate will have leadership ability, coaching skills, resilience, and integrity; requires ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, and ability to stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in variable temperatures.
