Job Summary
As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during your shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction through outstanding service by the team. Responsibilities include assisting in training, coaching team members, implementing restaurant controls for cash and inventory, and achieving service and financial goals. You will exhibit leadership and resilience in a fast-paced environment, while managing food and labor costs and adhering to safety and food regulations. You must possess a reliable vehicle, hold a valid driver’s license, and be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
