Job Summary
As a Shift Manager at AES Restaurant Group, you will oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include training and coaching team members, implementing restaurant controls, and achieving operational and financial goals. Ideal candidates will have skills in operations management, leadership, and customer service, along with a valid driver’s license and ServSafe certification. Candidates must also be able to work in varying temperatures, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
