Job Summary
Shift Manager responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction, training and coaching team members, and maintaining accountability for operations in the absence of senior management. Key duties include managing cash and inventory controls, applying AES systems to run daily operations, achieving goals across service, operations, and financial results, and ensuring compliance with government regulations, food safety, and company policies. The role emphasizes leadership in fast-paced environments, team development, cost management (food and labor), and delivering high standards of guest experience, with a focus on safety, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- ServSafe certification required or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
