Job Summary
In the role of Shift Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations and direct team members to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction during your shifts. Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, implementing operational controls for cash and inventory, and achieving restaurant goals for service and financial results. The ideal candidate excels in leadership, emotional resilience, and managing food and labor costs. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
