Job Summary
Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during assigned shifts with full accountability when management is absent. Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests while implementing restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory. Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists. Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations, and financial results alongside the General and Assistant Manager. Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety, and operations policies to maintain compliance and high performance in areas such as speed of service, quality control, and workplace safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching
