Job Summary
Shift Manager role responsible for Bakery 1 or Bakery 2 operations at Ryvita Poole. Ensure a safe, compliant, and productive working environment, enforce safety standards, meet quality and HACCP requirements, drive continuous improvement, and engage/develop the shift team to perform at their best. Provides coverage for both bakeries when the other is unavailable and leads recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and succession planning. Emphasis on leading a high-performing shift team, applying Lean or Six Sigma principles where applicable.
