Job Summary
As a Shift Manager at EYAS Hospitality Group for Burger King, lead a restaurant shift by directing a team on tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing), training and providing feedback, and ensuring hospitality, safety, brand standards, and cost controls. Drive guest satisfaction through exceptional service, manage food costs, labor, and waste, uphold food safety and labor compliance, and model a people-first culture. Requires strong leadership, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; must have reliable transportation and the physical ability for restaurant duties. Education: High School Diploma preferred; 18+ years old; valid driver’s license; (preferred) some college or restaurant management coursework.
