Job Summary
Role model and leader responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing a shift in the restaurant. Responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, ensuring food safety and quality standards, managing employee performance, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and complying with company and regulatory standards. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, food safety certification, and experience in a restaurant leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
Desired Qualifications
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
