Job Summary
As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership and customer service while ensuring 100% satisfaction and compliance with food safety and company standards. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining a positive work environment. You will lead the restaurant team, assist in managing labor and food costs, enforce compliance with sanitation standards, and maintain communication with management. A successful candidate will hold a high school diploma, have one year of restaurant experience, and be certified in food safety.
Required Qualifications

- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
