Job Summary
The Shift Manager leads the restaurant team by ensuring great customer service and operational excellence during shifts. Responsibilities include managing the preparation and quality of food, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
