Job Summary
The Shift Manager is responsible for leading restaurant operations to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and compliance with food safety and company standards. Key responsibilities include executing Speed of Service goals, resolving guest complaints, leading the restaurant team, managing business operations, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Candidates should have reliable transportation, food safety certification according to state laws, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving.
Desired Qualifications
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts.
- Shift Manager certified.
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements.
