Job Summary
Manage a Domino's Pizza location by providing operational assistance to the General Manager, implementing standards, and maintaining crew morale in a fast-paced environment. Prepare pizzas, package food products, and handle rotating commissary deliveries while ensuring facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Conduct nightly inventory counts, analyze labor and sales data, and manage cash deposits and paperwork. Supervise staff efficiently, interview and onboard new team members, and perform various workstation duties as needed. Work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergencies with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have strong communication and problem solving skills
- Be customer service oriented
- Be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Be willing to learn and be comfortable performing other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Have a minimum two years of customer service or restaurant experience preferred
