Job Summary
Lead the restaurant shift by providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and managing restaurant operations effectively. Responsibilities include executing speed of service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant, and overseeing team performance. Accountable for product preparation according to company standards and managing labor and food costs. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and certifications in food safety.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year Restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age

- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
