Job Summary
Provide leadership, customer service, and operational responsibility while running shifts in the restaurant. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company and government regulations. Key responsibilities include executing service goals, resolving guest complaints, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing team performance, overseeing food preparation standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Requires strong communication skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year restaurant experience preferred with proven lead experience on all shifts
- Must be 18 years of age
- Shift Manager certified
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Driving record and state mandated insurance for positions that require driving
